Before You Lock Your Date
Everything families, planners and grooms-to-be usually ask us before booking.
How far in advance should we book?
Wedding season dates (November–February and April–July) book out 2–3 months ahead, especially in Prayagraj. For Royal Wedding or Signature packages with Bagghi / Palaki / Atishbaazi, we recommend enquiring 3–4 months in advance. A quick WhatsApp message is enough to check availability, and we hold your date once the booking amount is confirmed.
Do you travel outside Prayagraj, Varanasi, Kanpur and Lucknow?
Yes. These four cities are our home turf with no travel charges, but we regularly perform across Uttar Pradesh and for destination weddings. Travel, stay and transport for the crew and equipment is simply added to your custom quote.
How long does a typical booking last?
A standard baraat set (Brass Band / Pipe Band + Ghodi + route lights) runs 3–4 hours. Procession Plus covers 5–6 hours; Shaadi Signature and Royal Wedding packages cover the full event arc — from baraat assembly through pheras to reception dance.
Can you coordinate with our event planner, caterer or venue?
Absolutely — it's included in every package. We sync timing with your pandit ji for muhurat cues, coordinate aatishbaazi and hydraulic stage with your photographer, handle venue permits for road lights and fireworks, and make sure every vendor cue lands perfectly.
Can we build a custom package instead of choosing one?
Most weddings are custom! Want Pipe Band + DJ Band without Bagghi? Or Shehnai + Been + only Stage Decoration? Or Atishbaazi for vidai only? Tell us your plan in the form or on WhatsApp and we will send a transparent, itemised quote.
How does pricing and booking work?
Pricing depends on your date, city, services chosen and hours of coverage — which is why we quote per event instead of showing generic rates. Share your details through the form or WhatsApp, get a clear quote within hours, and lock your date with a small booking amount (balance payable on event day).
Are fireworks (aatishbaazi) and road lighting permitted at all venues?
We handle all permissions. Before your event we liaise with the venue, local authorities and fire department as needed, and design the display / lighting layout to comply with every rule. Some indoor venues restrict sky fireworks, in which case we recommend cold pyro and ground sparklers instead.
